All our work is coordinated through our head office where our highly trained office staff will guide you through every step of your experience. The work is manged through our bespoke JOB MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE PROGRAM. We are not a call centre and want to ensure all our clients know our staff by their first names. We never lose sight of the personal touch and give all clients one point of contact. We only accept clients after a period of consultation so we can ensure we can provide the service levels they desire.

Once accepted as a client we will sign a SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA) giving exact reaction times for call outs and hourly rates. We will provide our clients with detailed reports and we can often give more detailed analysis of costs which assist them in running their business.

We believe emergency repairs cost on average 5 times more than a PLANNED repair. Our software enables us to plan periodic works and schedule work to suit our clients needs. Many clients rely on our software to run this side of their business.
